To enhance our strategic sales development & innovation department at our headquarters in Rellingen near Hamburg we are looking for a
Sales Operations Specialist (m/f/x)
- limited on one year -
Your duties:
- manage given sales tools to provide clarity of sales situations and developments
- optimize sales processes and sales information
- contribute to conceptionally designing and implementing staff training
- act as an interface between all divisions and branches to ensure transparent communication on objectives and process improvements
- provide analysis and proactively make suggestions for future improvements in our sales operations
- coordinate D2C and sales operation projects and support the change management process
- support other activities within the company – depending on how the environment and the company evolves
Your profile:
- successfully completed commercial training, university degree in business informatics, economics, sales, or comparable qualification
- good knowledge of sales, both B2B and D2C sales
- experience in project management advantageous
- familiarity with using SAP and BI systems desirable
- good communication skills in English in interacting with various divisions and branches of Yamaha across all hierarchy levels; German advantageous
- proactive, analytical and self-motivated work approach in dealing with changes of our commercial situation along with good time management skills
